How Our Club Works
The Henniker Flying Club is an owner-equity club at Concord Municipal Airport (KCON). As a member, you own an equal share of everything the club owns.
Our Assets Include:
- 1974 Cessna 172M
- 1974 Cessna 182P
- Two hangars at KCON
We have a maximum of 24 members to make sure everyone gets plenty of flying time.
Costs and Fees
- Membership Buy-In: $9,825 - This is a one-time payment to buy your share of the club.
- If you leave the club, you get your buy-in back minus a 5% fee. The club has 18 months to complete the payback.

- Financing Option: We may offer a 0% loan to help new members cover the buy-in cost. Ask us for details.
- Monthly Dues: Dues cover fixed costs like insurance and hangar fees. The amount varies depending on the number of members.
Flying with the Club
- 24/7 Access: The planes are available to you anytime.
- Online Booking: We use ScheduleMaster for easy online scheduling.
- No Daily Minimums: Book a plane for the day and only pay for the time you fly.
- Vacation Scheduling: You can reserve a plane for one full week and one weekend each year. If you need more time, just ask.
Flight Instruction
We have four certified flight instructors (CFIIs) in the club. You can hire them for instruction in our planes, but you pay them directly.
Club Meetings
We meet on the third Thursday of every month at 7:00 PM. In the summer, we often have a BBQ beforehand at 6:30 PM.
Note: All costs and policies are subject to change. Please refer to the official Club By-Laws for current details.
The club has a set of By-Laws that govern the club in all aspects of what it does. You can get a copy of the By-laws here. The By-Laws are updated infrequently as they are the guiding principles of the club
To handle changes that happen more frequently, the club has a set of rules that it also operates under. These rules can be found here.
